A one‑hour session with Community Health’s Breastfeeding Support Service. The session is designed to give you practical, evidence‑based breastfeeding help and advice to build your confidence as you prepare for life with your newborn.
This session is a great way to meet with Breastfeeding Support Service and to learn, ask questions, and build your support network.
What you will learn:
- Breast changes in pregnancy, what’s happening and how it supports feeding
- Identifying your support team, who can help and how
- Benefits of breastfeeding for both parent and baby
- Fitting breastfeeding into your life routines, comfort, and confidence
- Practical activities to prepare before birth
