Library membership is free and provides access to a broad range of physical and online resources and activities for all ages from birth to adulthood.
Items for borrowing include picture books, books on parenting magazines, DVDs and talking books.
There are regular fun interactive weekly programs aimed at developing children’s literacy and language skills.
A variety of children’s activities are run during the school holidays.
Other services include printing, photocopying, scanning, computer and internet access and free WIFI. A baby change facility is available also in the Swan Hill Library.
