Healthy Eating during your pregnancy – Advice on eating for you and your baby

This resource, part of the suite of resources developed by the NH&MRC, outlines the Dietary Guidelines for Australians and how these relate to pregnancy. Advice is provided on the recommended number of serves of foods from each core food group to include each day. The brochure includes information on food safety during pregnancy and which foods should be avoided. There are also a number of tips to help pregnant women eat well.
