VLA attends Robinvale Resource Centre fortnightly (Tuesday) and can offer legal advice and information, particularly in the areas of Child Protection, Youth Crime and Intervention Orders involving young people, tenancy (evictions), compulsory mental health treatment, Guardianship & Administration. Young people

Advice available regarding police charges for young people and intervention orders, as well as police interviews. Also available legal information sessions to people who work with youth, or to youth directly, on these topics.

Legal advice about child protection intervention

Advice available for parents or young people aged 10 and over, in relation to child protection intervention with their families. Advice during child protection investigation as well as if there are court proceedings.
