The growth and development of children is monitored, referrals are facilitated to other allied health and specialist agencies; including early education programs; immunization providers, NDIS service providers, family support agencies, orange door.
Support is also provided for parents to ensure wellbeing, appropriate referrals to specialist programs / providers if needed, connection to social opportunities for families.
New parents are supported with a new parents group.
Sleep and settling support for families experiencing difficulties with child sleep is offered.
Support with material aid is provided to families that meet the required eligibility criteria.
