I’m Sarah! A passionate allied health therapist, advocate and education provider for children, youth, families and educators, embracing all that we are and all that we can be. Flourish Within provides a developmentally appropriate, child-lead approach, designed to support children in their emotional and psychological well-being.
Previously a teacher, Sarah is able to provide you with a powerful understanding of our children alongside how to help them flourish and thrive. Flourish Within is a neurodivergence specialist, early childhood and education consult who assist to:
- Increase a child’s ability to regulate emotionally
- Enhance a child’s well-being and self-awareness
- Enhance social interactions and play skills
- Grow attachment and relationship between child and caregiver/s
- Increase child’s self-esteem and sense of self
- Build healthy connections with peers and family
- Fosters and increases decision making and problem solving
- Children going through difficulties associated with: Low self-esteem and self-confidence, social difficulties, emotional regulation, trauma or attachment issues, divorce and separation, anxiety and depression, grief and loss or Children with a diagnosis of: Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, Global Development Delay, Down Syndrome, PTSD and Cerebral Palsy.
