INFANT Program: Swan Hill

The INFANT (INfant Feeding, Active play and NuTrition) Program is designed to help families with feeding and active play, to give their baby the best start to life.

INFANT consists of 4 FREE face-to face group sessions for mums, dads and carers; delivered by a local Accredited Practicing Dietitian.

INFANT sessions and the companion app My Baby Now will help you learn about:

  • Active play you can do together
  • Strategies for limiting screens
  • Experiences, strategies and tips from other parents

INFANT is based on more than 15 years of research led by the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN), Deakin University, Australia.
