Bush Tucker Planting Day 🌿

🌿 Bush Tucker Garden Planting Day at Kapel Telkuna
We’re excited to invite you to our Bush Tucker Garden Planting Day! A FREE, family‑friendly event where everyone can get involved.
📅 Date: Tuesday 30 June
⏰ Time: 10am – 12pm
📍 Where: Kapel Telkuna, 44 High Street, Swan Hill
🍽️ Light lunch provided!
Our new community Bush Tucker Garden is being created as a shared space where people can come together, learn, and connect. The garden will grow native plants that have been used for food, medicine, and culture for thousands of years. By planting these together, we’re helping to celebrate local knowledge, support cultural learning, and build a space the whole community can enjoy.
This is a great chance to:
- Get involved in a community garden
- Learn about Bush Tuckerr plants and their uses
- Help paint the mural at the Yarning Circle
No gardening experience is needed. Just come along, meet others, and help us grow something meaningful for our community.
