Nourishing Little Minds 🌈

Is your child a fussy eater? Would you like tips on introducing new foods to your preschooler? Join Nourishing Little Minds, a free four-week program delivered by Swan Hill District Health Community Health and Swan Hill Library!

Children explore healthy foods through stories and interactive songs, rhymes, and hands-on food tasting and preparation activities. Parents will also receive practical guidance and strategies from an accredited practising dietitian and library staff to make mealtimes more enjoyable and support healthy eating habits.

Families are encouraged to come along to all four sessions so they can enjoy the full benefits of this engaging program. 

Places are limited and bookings are essential!

Ages: Children 3- 5 years

Time: 10:30am – 11:30am

What is Nourishing Little Minds?

Nourishing Little Minds is an early childhood positive food exposure program proven to increase children’s interest and willingness to try new foods through positive food experiences. Developed by Nutrition Australia, NLM supports the development of healthy eating habits of young children, with a particular emphasis on vegetables and food variety. This program is provided to the Swan Hill community by a local accredited practising dietitian in partnership with the Swan Hill Regional Library.
