
Breastfeeding support at your fingertips with the My Baby Now app
Created by experts at Deakin University, the My Baby Now app delivers around-the-clock, trustworthy support on breastfeeding, formula feeding, and mixed feeding. Designed to complement maternal and child health advice, it empowers parents with reliable guidance from pregnancy through the early months.
The aim for the My Baby Now app is to become your go-to resource for guidance, offering non-judgmental support. By promoting informed decisions, we hope to enhance the feeding practices between you and your baby and ensure a smooth start to your journey into parenthood.
The My Baby Now app offers you information, forums and quizzes about:
- Your pregnancy including a week by week guide and preparing for your baby
- Breastfeeding, best-practice formula feeding and mixed feeding
- Introducing solids, including articles/videos on baby led weaning and vegetarian/vegan diets
- Understanding and responding to their baby’s cues/signs
- When and how to introduce solid foods and a sippy cup
- Family meal and recipe ideas
- Active play ideas
- Strategies for limiting screens
- Experiences, strategies and tips from other parents
INFANT Program
It works hand-in-hand with the INFANT (INfant Feeding, Active play and NuTrition) program developed by health experts at Deakin University.

The INFANT Program is delivered by a local Accredited Practicing Dietitian at Swan Hill District Health at Community Health, 125 Campbell St. Swan Hill.
Group sessions are held when your baby is 3,6,9 and 12 months old on Mondays from 10:30am until 12:00noon.
